    Colleen,
It was nice talking with you today. I think we would like site #4 for June 9 and 10.
You can just email or text me your response (or call).

I may be coming to your area (expecting arrival on or about July 9, 2019) to work on a levee job on the river. I will need a campsite for my time there working. I have an 18′ Trail Lite camper. Can you please tell me (if you have) monthly rates and availability for 2-3 months beginning that time. Thanks in advance.

You can stay as long as you like, Michelle, rate is $425 mo, customer is responsible for freeze protection for the hydrant, and any damages in the cold periods of the year.
Sorry it took so long to reply!

Looks like a beautiful place! Do you have year round options? How much would it be? We live in Lincoln and would love to spend our weekends there… I assume water is shut off in the fall and back on in the spring…

You can stay as long as you like Daniel. We do not turn off the water, but require that the customer provide freeze protection for the hydrant, and is also responsible for any damages. We wintered here for several years ourselves!

Had a great time. Beautiful park. Unique natural layout feels like a natural campout in the wild. You are very friendly manager/owners.

Sorry Jesse, but we book up full for the Cooper outage by March, so you should plan on calling early in 2022!
